Located in a full-service residential building, this fully private home is ideal for extended stays, remote professionals, and guests looking for a balanced mix of comfort, functionality, and resort-style living.

The apartment features smart-home technology, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, making it especially suitable for long-term stays and remote work. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens, while an additional air mattress is available for an extra fee, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Natural light fills the unit through large windows, and the private balcony provides a quiet spot to unwind with city views after a day in Miami.

Guests enjoy access to an impressive set of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, squash courts, spa facilities, hot tub, and sauna—bringing a true resort experience into everyday living. One parking space inside the building is available with a one-time parking fee.

Please note that a minimum stay of 30 nights is required, in line with condominium regulations. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform: Airbnb reservations follow the Better Strict with Grace Period and Long-Term Fair policies; Booking.com offers full refunds up to 28 days before arrival; Marriott allows full refunds up to 30 days prior; Vrbo provides full refunds up to 30 days and partial refunds up to 14 days; and direct bookings follow a firm policy with extended refund windows.

House rules are designed to preserve a peaceful residential environment and include no parties, no smoking, no unregistered guests, and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Guests are asked to care for the home as their own, set the AC to 76°F when leaving, avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms, and follow standard check-in and check-out times. Pets are welcome under specific conditions, and additional fees apply for cleaning, parking, deposits, and condominium application processing.

Check-in is self-service via smart lock between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with a spare key available inside the unit. The condo spans around 81 square meters and is professionally cleaned and reset after every stay to provide a seamless and welcoming arrival experience for each guest.
