The backyard connects to a private trailhead that offers hiking and mountain biking throughout squaw and alpine. Enjoy a Peloton ride and a hot tub with views. This home is truly a recreation and relaxation meca.
Public pickle ball courts, lacrosse field and playground for the squaw valley complex.
A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and the hold will be released within 3 days of your departure pending no damage. Any damage found will be itemized and disclosed before a charge is made.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.

Beautiful home and not far from the lake
Stay was perfect everything we wanted and more.
Our group of 10 booked this Airbnb for a special trip and absolutely loved our stay here! The home is stunning and has everything you could ever need for a summer stay near Tahoe. We appreciated the big kitchen with all the utensils you could need to cook meals (and lots of pantry staples), the speaker system, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, the hot tub and deck, comfy beds and linens, and the abundance of fans during a warm weather spell. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and we took advantage of the hiking trail right up the road. This home truly had it all and more, and we felt so special staying here. It was impeccably clean and we would stay here every time I'm in the area if I could!
