Songbird Retreat is a peaceful three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Cincinnati, ideal for families, couples, small groups, or professionals. The property features a bonus room and can accommodate up to eight guests. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a serene backyard perfect for birdwatching, outdoor dining, and relaxing by the fire. ID verification and a security deposit are required. We utilize Enso Connect (compliant with Airbnb's new policy update) to verify guests and collect payments for pre-authorized security deposits, which are $500 for this property.

The home includes six beds: one queen bed, one double bed, one additional queen bed, one floor mattress, one air mattress, and one single bed. It is a fully private home.

Airbnb’s cancellation policy is limited, allowing a full refund if canceled at least fourteen days before the trip. The long-term Airbnb policy offers a full refund for cancellations made at least thirty days prior to check-in. Booking.com allows a full refund up to fourteen days before arrival, Marriott provides a flexible refund up to fourteen days before arrival, Vrbo allows a full refund up to fourteen days and a 50% refund up to seven days before arrival, and direct channels follow a similar flexible policy with a 50% refund up to seven days before arrival.

The house offers a variety of amenities, including internet and wireless access, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, washer and dryer, hair dryer, heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. Essentials include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hangers, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and cooking basics.

Additional features include a laptop-friendly workspace, TV, sound system, private entrance, garden or backyard, outdoor furniture, outdoor grill, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, stove, tub, hot water, beach essentials, high chair, children’s dinnerware, pack-and-play travel crib, video games, books for kids, bicycle, long-term stays allowed, fireplace guards, baby safety gates, ceiling and portable fans, baking sheet, barbeque utensils, bread maker, blender, freezer, mini fridge, rice maker, trash compactor, wine glasses, and a hammock.

House rules include no parties or events, no smoking, no unregistered guests, no eating or drinking in the bedrooms, and respecting the noise curfew from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Guests are asked to set the AC to 76°F when leaving the home, respect check-in and check-out times, take extra care of keys (lost keys incur a $50 fee), and take care of furnishings with responsibility for any damages. Furniture should not be rearranged, dishes should be washed, and trash should be placed in bins on the side of the house and moved to the end of the driveway with wheels away from the street on Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.
