All my friends loved the site, near the trolley, walkable to restaurants and downtown, also the ball park. House was everything that was advertised, and guides are helpful. Rec'd some support prior to check-in which was helpful. If a future guest comes from a suburban or rural setting, they might be surprised by the nighttime activity that goes on in the neighborhood. Can be loud music, people talking to each other that one can hear especially in the second floor streetside bedroom (other guests did not hear it in the back of the house). About 40 minutes of fireworks were shot in the neighborhood at 4:30am one night, which everyone heard ha. Annoying, but we never felt unsafe; we have all lived in cities at points in our lives so not unfamiliar. Just have to remind yourself you are a guest in the local neighborhood.
