Designed with remote professionals and long-term residents in mind, the unit blends comfort and functionality through smart-home features, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace suitable for daily work and video calls, modern designer furnishings, a queen-size bed, and the option to add an air mattress for an additional charge. The layout is bright and contemporary, creating a quiet and comfortable living environment above the city’s energy.

Guests have full access to the building’s resort-style amenities, which include a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, squash courts, spa facilities, three swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. One parking space inside the building is available for a one-time fee of $50, payable upon arrival. All reservations require a minimum stay of 30 nights, in compliance with condominium regulations.

The residence accommodates up to four guests and features one private bedroom with a king bed, one full bathroom, and an optional air mattress available for an additional fee. The apartment is a fully private home within a professionally managed condominium building, offering privacy while maintaining clear operational guidelines.

Cancellation policies vary by booking platform. Airbnb reservations follow either the Better Strict policy with a grace period or the Long-Term Fair policy for extended stays, both requiring advance cancellation to qualify for a refund. Booking.com reservations are subject to a strict policy that allows full refunds up to 28 days before arrival. Marriott reservations permit free cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in, while Vrbo offers full refunds up to 30 days and partial refunds of 50% up to 14 days before arrival. Direct bookings are governed by a firm policy, allowing a full refund up to 60 days before arrival and a 50% refund up to 30 days prior to check-in.

The apartment is fully equipped for extended living and includes high-speed wireless internet, Smart TV, sound system, central air conditioning and heating, a complete kitchen with modern appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access, secure building entry, and 24-hour self check-in. The living space includes a private balcony, dining area, ergonomic office chair, computer monitor, blackout shades, beach essentials, and expansive city and water views. Guests also enjoy shared access to common areas such as fitness facilities, pools, spa spaces, game rooms, and outdoor dining areas.

House rules are in place to ensure a respectful and well-maintained living environment. Parties, smoking, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms, to observe quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., and to set the air conditioning to 76°F when leaving the unit. Designated check-in and check-out times must be respected. Furniture must remain in its original placement, dishes should be washed, and trash removed prior to departure. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay, and lost or unreturned keys are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
The property is pet-friendly and allows up to two pets weighing under 20 pounds each. A pet fee of $200 per pet plus tax applies, along with an additional $200 owner’s pet fee per pet. For reference, one pet results in a total pet charge of $400, while two pets result in a total of $800. Vaccination records, a signed pet agreement, and photos of the pet or pets are required prior to arrival.
All adult occupants must complete the building’s condominium application process, which includes a $200 application fee per adult. Married couples are charged only one $200 application fee upon submission of a marriage certificate. For reservations with a check-in date within 14 days of booking, an additional $50 expedite processing fee applies. A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required before arrival, along with a standard cleaning fee of $230.

Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., with check-out scheduled for 10:00 a.m. The condo measures approximately 70 square meters and is professionally managed, with the unit automatically marked as dirty after each departure to ensure proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
