The location is well suited for summer living, with a scenic bike path running alongside the Truckee River toward Lake Tahoe, plus nearby bike rentals, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and outdoor recreation just minutes from the front door.

The neighborhood has a pump track and bocce ball court.

Paddleboards can also be rented nearby for days spent on the water before returning home to unwind beneath the pines.

-The property holds a Short Term Rental Permit with Placer County (STR23-8040).

• Please note that Placer County mandates a 12.5% occupancy tax, which will be added to your booking.

• A security deposit of $1500 is taken after booking. It is a pre-authorized hold and not a charge. If there is no damage, it will be released within 3 days of departure

• The BBQ grill on this property is locked for guest use per the county guidelines on STRs and wildfire prevention.

• Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.
