Heavenly View by Lunabase is a modern luxury condominium located on the 34th floor in downtown Miami, less than five miles from South Beach. Designed for remote workers and long-term stays, the unit includes smart-home technology, high-speed WiFi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a spacious private patio, designer furnishings, a king bed, and an air mattress. Guests also have access to resort-style amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, squash courts, spa, three pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. Minimum Stay required: 30 days + Free parking

The condo accommodates up to four guests and features one private bathroom, one bedroom with a king bed, and an additional air mattress (with additional charge). It is a full private home within a condominium building. The cancellation policies vary by platform: Airbnb offers a “better strict with grace period” policy allowing full refunds if canceled at least 30 days before check-in; Airbnb long-term reservations follow the “long-term fair” policy, requiring cancellation at least 30 days prior for a refund. Booking.com offers a strict policy with 100% refund up to 28 days before arrival, Marriott provides a moderate policy with a full refund up to 30 days before arrival, Vrbo allows a full refund up to 30 days and 50% up to 14 days, and direct bookings follow a firm policy with a full refund up to 60 days and 50% up to 30 days before arrival.

The property comes fully equipped with extensive amenities, including cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, air conditioning, multiple swimming pools (including heated and communal options), a full kitchen, gym, hot tub, washer and dryer, elevator access, 24-hour check-in, heating, safety equipment, toiletries, a laptop-friendly workspace, Smart TV, sound system, balcony, private living room, children and infant-friendly features, game room, garage, sauna, fitness center, outdoor dining, pool access, secure entry, and a wide variety of kitchen appliances and essentials. Additional offerings include beach essentials, blackout shades, a computer monitor, office chair, kitchen island, dining table, fitness equipment, outdoor furniture, and scenic city, ocean, and water views. The location provides access to nearby attractions such as bays, museums, a zoo, beaches, downtown areas, boating, water sports, golfing, and numerous outdoor activities. Long-term stays are allowed, and the property includes a private pool, emergency contacts, and optional cleaning services.

The house rules specify no parties, no smoking, and no unregistered guests. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms, to respect the noise curfew from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., to set the AC to 76°F when leaving, and to follow check-in and check-out times. Lost keys incur a $100 fee, and guests are responsible for damages, keeping the furnishings in place, washing dishes, and taking out the trash before departing. The condo can accommodate up to 2 pets, less than 20 lbs. We are charging $200 each pet plus tax and another $200 owner’s pet fee. For example, if there will be 1 pet, the total payment would be $400, if there are 2 pets, the total would be $800, vaccine records signed form and pet/s photo are required. For the parking, there is a one-time fee of $50 which should be paid upon arrival, we are providing one parking spot inside the building. The condo application fee is $200 for each adult, if married, there will only be one $200 charge, marriage certificate should be provided - If the check-in is within 14 days from the booking date, an expedite processing fee of $50 will be charged.

We are charging a $250 refundable damage deposit and a $230 cleaning fee. The minimum stay is 30 nights. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Guests may enter the condo using the smart lock code provided before arrival, with a spare key set located on the kitchen counter. The property is 70 square meters in size and currently marked as not clean after previous guests, with automatic marking as dirty upon each departure.
