A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and the hold will be released within 3 days of your departure pending no damage. Any damage found will be itemized and disclosed before a charge is made.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.

Had a great stay at this property! Beautiful home, convenient location, and a responsive host. The house is in between palisade mountain, and Lake Tahoe. Offers a bunch of options for hiking, biking, rafting, etc. while avoiding the holiday traffic! Great property! Will definitely be back!
This was the second time this year that me and my family stayed at this property and we had an incredible time! Everything was so clean and the property was great! My family can’t wait to come back!
Loved the place and the host as well. Clean, luxurious, generous and responsive. Great example of how a place should be.
