🚗 ARRIVAL, ACCESS & PARKING

• Check-in: 4 PM – 11 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• A Lunabase associate will meet you to provide keys and building access.
• Parking: 1 spot included inside the building’s garage. The building requires a one-time $50 parking registration fee, paid directly to management upon arrival (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).

Detailed arrival instructions will be shared before check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
🧾 Guest Application (Required by the Condominium)

• $150 for the first adult or married couple
• $150 per additional adult (waived with marriage certificate)
• $50 expedite fee if submitted within 14 days of arrival
• Processing time: minimum 5 business days
• Applications must be submitted 14 business days before check-in

If the application is not approved, the reservation will be canceled and all payments refunded except the non-refundable application fee.

💳 Security Deposit
A $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed through your Boarding Pass and released 7 days after checkout pending inspection.

If any deductions apply, an itemized statement will be provided.

🐾 Pet Registration
Pets allowed upon approval (up to 2 pets under 20 lbs).
The condominium requires $400 per pet as part of their mandatory pet registration process.
Vaccine records, a signed pet form, and a pet photo are required.
Full instructions will be provided after booking.

👥 Age & Booking Policy

• Guests must be 25+
• No local residents within 60 miles
• No parties or unregistered guests
• Bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed (respectful)
• Photo shoots require prior approval

A privacy compliant device monitors decibel levels only—no audio recorded—to maintain a peaceful environment.
