Angel’s View by Lunabase is an upscale high-rise condominium located on the 37th floor of a luxury residential building in downtown Miami, offering open skyline views and a private balcony that fills the space with natural light. The apartment is designed for remote professionals and extended stays, combining smart-home technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, designer furnishings, a king-size bed, and the option to add an air mattress for an additional charge. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a calm, modern layout create a quiet and comfortable living environment above the city.

Guests have access to the building’s full resort-style amenities, including a gym, yoga studio, squash courts, spa, three swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. One parking space inside the building is available for a one-time fee of $50, payable upon arrival. In accordance with condominium regulations, all reservations require a minimum stay of 30 nights.

The residence accommodates up to four guests and includes one private bedroom with a king bed, one full bathroom, and an optional air mattress available for an additional fee. This is a fully private residence set within a professionally managed condominium building.
Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform. Airbnb reservations follow either the Better Strict policy with grace period or the Long-Term Fair policy for extended stays, both requiring advance notice to qualify for a refund. Booking.com reservations are subject to a strict policy with full refunds available up to 28 days before arrival. Marriott allows free cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in, Vrbo offers a full refund up to 30 days and a 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival, and direct bookings follow a firm policy that allows a full refund up to 60 days before arrival and a 50% refund up to 30 days prior to check-in.

The apartment is fully equipped for long-term living and includes high-speed wireless internet, Smart TV, sound system, central air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, elevator access, secure building entry, and 24-hour self check-in. The living space features a private balcony, dining area, ergonomic office chair, computer monitor, blackout shades, beach essentials, and panoramic city and water views. Guests also enjoy access to shared spaces such as fitness facilities, pools, spa areas, game rooms, and outdoor dining areas.

House rules are enforced to maintain a respectful living environment. Parties, smoking, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms, to respect quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., and to set the air conditioning to 76°F when leaving the unit. Check-in and check-out times must be respected, furniture must remain in place, dishes should be washed, and trash taken out before departure. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Lost or unreturned keys are subject to a $100 replacement fee.

The property is pet-friendly and allows up to two pets weighing under 20 pounds each. A pet fee of $200 per pet plus tax applies, along with an additional $200 owner’s pet fee per pet. For example, one pet results in a total pet charge of $400, while two pets result in a total of $800. Prior to arrival, guests must provide vaccination records, a signed pet agreement, and photos of the pet or pets.
All adult guests are subject to the building’s condominium application process, which includes a $200 application fee per adult occupant. Married couples are only charged one $200 fee upon submission of a marriage certificate. For reservations with a check-in date within 14 days of booking, an additional $50 expedite processing fee applies. A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required prior to arrival, along with a standard cleaning fee of $230.

Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., with check-out scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Access to the unit is provided via a smart lock code shared prior to arrival, and a spare set of keys is kept inside the apartment. The condo measures approximately 70 square meters and is professionally managed, with the unit automatically marked as dirty after each departure to ensure proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
