The apartment is designed for remote professionals and extended stays, combining smart-home technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, designer furnishings, a king-size bed, and the option to add an air mattress for an additional charge. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a calm, modern layout create a quiet and comfortable living environment above the city.

Guests have access to the building’s full resort-style amenities, including a gym, yoga studio, squash courts, spa, three swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. One parking space inside the building is available for a one-time fee of $50, payable upon arrival. In accordance with condominium regulations, all reservations require a minimum stay of 30 nights.

The residence accommodates up to four guests and includes one private bedroom with a king bed, one full bathroom, and an optional air mattress available for an additional fee. This is a fully private residence set within a professionally managed condominium building.

First and foremost, we want to thank Angie and the Lunabase team for taking great care of us! We had a wonderful stay here. The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout — we especially appreciated the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso maker, and large Smart TV for relaxing movie nights. The apartment gets tons of natural light and feels very open and airy. The huge furnished balcony with expansive views was a highlight. The furnishings were stylish and high quality, and the spacious kitchen made it easy to cook meals at home. The bedroom was comfortable and roomy, and having a high-quality washer and dryer was a huge plus. Check-in was seamless, and Angie and the Lunabase team were highly professional, attentive and exceptionally responsive throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable and has an amazing view. The location is excellent with the free Metro just one block away, which is perfect for anyone who doesn’t drive. The gym is also very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this building before, but this unit is on a completely different level. The furnishings are high-end, and the view is absolutely stunning. If you don't drive, the free MetroMover across the street is a great advantage Angie was our host, and she is the best! Overall, an excellent experience.
